Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains which personal data HAPP collects on this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data controller
[[RAISON_SOCIALE]], [[ADRESSE_SIEGE]], represented by [[REPRESENTANT_LEGAL]]. For any question about your data: info@happ.com.
The data collected
- On the welcome screen, if you choose to introduce yourself: your first name, your email address and the date of your consent, then your answers to the three welcome questions, along with, if any, the page on another website you came from (its address without parameters, if your browser passes it on) and the campaign parameters (“utm”) in the page’s address.
- If you send a request (first session or callback): your first name and email address if you gave them, your phone number for a callback, your answers to the welcome questions, to the “Your view” questions and to the conversation in the Contact section, including the text you type, and the summary shown on the page. Your answers to the “Your view” questions and to the conversation are sent only with a request.
- With every submission: the language and the page of the website, and the time since you arrived on the website, which helps filter out automated submissions. The provider that receives the submissions also sees your IP address and browser (see “Recipients”).
- The technical logs of the website’s server (IP address, date and time, address requested, referring page, browser), for the security of the service.
If a request fails to send, your email app opens with a pre-filled email to HAPP: it is only sent if you send it yourself.
Providing this information is optional. Without an email address or a phone number, however, HAPP cannot reply to you.
The site uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising cookie. Browsing it calls on no third-party service: the fonts and images are hosted with the site. Only your submissions go through the provider that receives them (see “Recipients”).
Purposes and legal bases
- Personalising your visit and contacting you again: your consent, given when you introduce yourself on the welcome screen (“Enter →”). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdraw it.
- Answering your requests for a first session or a callback: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Knowing how the people who introduce themselves found the website (referring site, campaign): HAPP’s legitimate interest.
- Keeping the site secure and working properly, and filtering out automated submissions: HAPP’s legitimate interest.
Entering without introducing yourself sends no data.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the HAPP and Projekts teams ([[ROLE_PROJEKTS]]), who handle your requests. It reaches them through [[PRESTATAIRE_FORMULAIRES]], the service that receives the website’s submissions, acting as a processor. [[HEBERGEUR_NOM]], the website’s host, keeps the technical logs, also as a processor. Your data is never sold or passed on.
Retention period
Your contact details and answers are kept for three years from the last contact that came from you (a request, a reply to a message), as the CNIL (the French data protection authority) recommends for prospects, and then deleted. The technical logs are kept [[DUREE_JOURNAUX]].
Transfers outside the European Union
[[TRANSFERTS_HORS_UE]]
Any transfer of data outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can obtain a copy of these safeguards by writing to info@happ.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to info@happ.com.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
